As stewards of this very important preservation of land, buildings, culture and traditions, we are diligent and responsible to ensure that 85% of donations go directly to the acquisition of property, maintenance, and renovation of property for the land trust. 15% goes to additional fundraising and administrative support.
Each year, an external international accounting firm conducts a financial audit which is posted. We want to be 100% transparent.
In addition, each property is reviewed before purchase by the Board and Acquisitions Committee.
